a bit nervous to check whether those damn weaved leather bags will come out
and Yes it does
I'm sick of Bottega Veneta promoting those weaving as handcraft or time-consuming or whatever craps to wow the crowd while those simple weaving pattern is chicken feet in my country

and the problem is they seem so proud of it and display the whole weaving process in a plasma screen in every boutique

Well, I'm just curious, but isn't all the weaving BV does done by hand? I'm not sure if that's true, but when I bought my bag that's what they told me as to why they're so ridiculously expensive and proud of them.

Either way, I really like this. Very clean, crisp. Classic. Tomas has done it again, in my opinion! Gorgeous palette, lovely silhouette, and brilliant colours. It's not as bright as some of the others, thank god; far more understated. I really like it, but I'm a sucker for BV. It's always so elegant.

Agree.

Buuuuut it seems to be growing a little weary now. It really needs a shot of rejuvenation.

That I can agree with. I am just thrilled the bowler hats are nowhere to be seen from last season.

But they've replaced them with fishermen hatz!

I kind of like the Nantucket, St. Tropaz, sort of feel. But I could do without the plaid!

What is that brass-colored suit doing in there?

It's sort of hideous.

I like a lot of this! The dandyish green suit is perfection, and everything else looks pretty good, too!

I hope it is a runway-only color. If it come in black, blue, or grey..."Ummm, Mr. SA? I'll take one to go please!"
