Some great look, but I I'm not a fan of the pants, the shoes and the grandma dresses.

There are some interesting pieces in this collection, but overall, this is a bit "blah" for me. The silhouette and the fabrics are lacking in modernity, which is something one rarely says of a Chanel collection.

The colour palette is also really stale in this collection. Pastels and metallics again? Its his Spring Summer 2010 Haute Couture show all over again!

Last season was much stronger and certainly more memorable, even though a lot of it was edging towards kitsch.

hmmm...like the colours and there are some really beautiful pieces. But the shoes?! A big no for me...not sure about the pants either

What immediately came to mind when I saw it all, is how lovely and delicate it all is. Though in my eyes, the Pre-Fall collection was more Couture than this, it's still so pretty. Especially Anja's esemble's and the (transparant) dresses and skirts. Not a fan of the pants (it's a big no no, only models can pull that off) but all in all, two good collections from Karl in a row.

OMG so beautiful!!! I really love it!! It's a great mélange between the past HC SS collections (2004-2005-2006), but still so new!! Karl is a great artist, he can reinvent himself all the time, but remaining always faithful to the Chanel spirit! I love what he does for the Maison!

On the whole I really, really like this. I love the colour pallets and the fabrics used. I've even warmed up to those pants that shouldn't be worn as leggings. I guess the shoes are a let down to everything else, since I'd compare them to slippers I'd wear around the house, but then again Karl has never really been that good with shoes.

But now I like them. I don't love them, but they're ok.

I really don't like any of this. The silhouettes are all unattractive to me and I don't like the soft, baby-tone colours. I don't think Karl does 'floaty' clothes well. He is so much better with structure and shape, which he sometimes does really well in HC shows.

Yuck - I can't remember a Chanel Couture collection so bad. Those bubble wrap/shower mat looking pieces are really awful.

Some of the pieces are really incredible, especially the embroidered evening looks. It all looks so simple, almost unflattering so. But somehow I feel this looks better live than on pictures... so it is made to wear.

This is such a beautiful collection.
So feminine and soft. I think I'm in love
Especially the pants and jackets look so stunning!
**no model talk, please**

I KNOW!!! there were a few shower curtains in this show.

And a lot of the pieces don't seem to fit the models well either...very rigid looking.

The pants with the snaps, which I think were a majority or all of the pants, are not attractive.

But some of the pieces are divine.
