I agree Lucy - I loved what she did last season actually. The early 90s floral were so spot on, and very true to her roots. This is bizarre and hideous. As others have said, direct rips from other people, notably Vibskov and also the American Apparel Afrika print. I mean, this sort of look is tired, even in London.

What a waste, especially when there are so many lesser known but supremely talented designers who need the sponsorship more than she does.

I mean all I have to say is: ZUBAZ. Like, WTF. This is all sorts of nineties throw-up, and very disappointing. I was excited when I saw the sweater/edwardian dress ensemble she was wearing a couple of pages back, and hoped for the girly/nerdy/floral look she does so well. This, is not that.

Wouldn't mind this if the prices weren't so damn high.

Henrik Vibskov does clothes veeeeeeeery similar to this and I think his are actually cheaper. But then I suppose they don't offer the sometimes desirable membership to the cult of Chloe.

the biggest no-no for me here is the fact how she do the 90s trend - not in minimalist style, not grungy style not in any style. Just take shi*s from cheap second hand shops somewhere around lintz or east berlin - I am from poland and i still remember when ppl here wear those things. I mean - maybe for someone who never had this, it could be nerdy or cute but for me it's just like taking time machine and go back to the early times after '89. NO !

i'm sorry, all the bloggers are loving these creeper style shoes, but i just think they're fugnasty. but opening ceremony seems to be quite fond of veering on ugly shoes...
her collections have been very disappointing, considering i'm a fan of her personal style.

it just goes to show that a stylin maven does not a designer make.
