Am I right in seeing Basquiat references here like others did in Valentino. I don't know why I like the reference here better; maybe it's because I understand the reference.

The batsh*t too many colours in the same spot always kills me, but it's better than his couture collections and it's still very, very French. Like and respect.

i like that the shapes and amount of embellishments have been toned down a bit...the dresses look at least more like 'party dresses' than 'costumes'.

I dunno, I dont really like it. It reminds me of Lanvin for some reason. Theres too much things going on at once. The hair and makeup are ridiculous. Great colours! But stupid looking clothes.
