The color palette gives me a headache, but I'm very intrigued. He would have been a much better choice for Balenciaga IMO--at least from a design standpoint.

The knits! That one jumpsuit-ish piece with the shimmering pants and red tulle skirt is also breathtaking, especially in motion. Those last four gowns at the end were a misstep though. I still think this is aboslutely fabulous and magical.

This is breathtaking! I agree that he was very suited for Balenciaga, but I wonder if there might be a chance for him to go to Dior.

Delpozo has become one of my favourite designers in recent seasons, I love their wild colours and structural silhouettes. The palette here is a bit strong, but everything else is wonderful, there are some really gorgeous pieces!

Absolute Perfection. These are art pieces, the love for the clothes couldn't be any more obvious. Meticulous construction and materials. Everyone has been making clothes this season but he's making Fashion. People really need to take notice of him because in all honesty they have no idea what they're missing out on!

Someone mentioned in the Dior thread that the perspective designer would be forced to close their house before they could take the job.

I like Delpozo. I also started to like Delpozo in recent season.
Some pieces are very chic.
Colour Palette is "normal" for Delpozo. Some pieces are really art.

But Delpozo is not a person, it is a brand like Dior. The designer is Josep. They wouldn't close the brand because its Creative Director goes to another fashion house. Although he won't go to Dior. It's too far-fetched.

Although it would take someone with his abilities to bring Dior back from where it's fallen.

Maybe a guest collection can happen, I wish things like that happened with the bigger design houses, I've been dreaming of a Alexander McQueen by Gareth Pugh for years!

An absolutely sublime collection. I love how he doesn't feel the need to be wholly "on trend" and just does what he wants. The house has such a distinct image but it's not boring and every season, he still manages to do something new with it.

I think he is absolutely capable of doing Dior and of course Balenciaga too! But he seems ok where he is now; without all the noise that will come with being at Dior or Balenciaga which could eventually make him falter.

The looks that opened and closed the show really got under my skin.

Although I want to spit on the last three dresses, looking up closely they look interesting. Far away they look like a lump.

However Delpozo always delivers and thanks for the colour (hard to use but they manage so well).
