Amazing collection.

I haven't really been excited by an entire collection yet this season, Dries is the first. To me this collection is what I'd call "Dries investment dressing" as so many of the pieces could be worked into an individual's look. This collection is relaxing to my spirit in this troubled time.

I love this. This is probably one of my favorite collections out of Paris thus far.

after 2 seasons of not feeling the Dries love, I'm so happy to be back in his head once again, or more likely, just grateful we are in the same stratosphere this time. This, to me, is Dries to freakin die for. The boxy shapes, but not too, they still have a softness to them, that flatter a woman... colors that come from the earth and atmosphere, somewhere...and then to pull it all together with great graphic influences, reminiscent of Escher just makes my head swirl. Paris is the shining star this season and Dries is on top of the chart with another Belgian we all drooled over as well.

my head is so tossed around with this, I am awestruck.

^i agree with the necklaces!
hmm, besides FW08, he also did wonderful chunky necklaces and beaded bracelets during SS08!
i think mb i should have called them accessories instead cos the bags and shoes are equally amazing

I actually really like this.
A lot of it is quite.. usual, but I really do like it. All.
And the details are wonderful - that detail of a piece that is just about transparent with the squares.
Really like it.

This is by far the most beautiful collection of the season. EVERYTHING is gorgeous. I can't even put into words how I feel... Those matte gold drop-crotch trousers are the greatest things I have seen..

I just love Dries. This collection is so beautiful, and at the same time original. The colours are interesting, and I love the way the clothes hang nonchalantly.

...i feel slightly awkward saying his...but.....i am not bowled over by this.....i don't like the colours and many of the shapes - don't like the cropped jakets...or the trousers.....

maybe it will grow on me like many collections seem to....
