You have to be a well known person in the fashion industry to get an invitation. Or, you can go to the venue where the fashion show will be held and wait for standing room, or if there is a seat open. Or possibly you could contact the design house and ask for a invite. The fashion shows are not in the same place in Milan and Paris, unlike London and New York, which are usually in the tents provided by the sponsor of the fashion week, Paris does have certain venues but most of the big designers usually show outside of those venues. Milan might have tents/venues but I'm not sure. Hope this helps!
