Oddly, there are things I like, including those belts. It's a lot of look to mentally pull apart, but when you do there are a lot of really cool things going on. I also love the focus on an hourglass silhouette that could almost be very retro bordering on antique, but isn't.

And I may be the only one, but I love a lot of the furs.

I really loved the past few Fendi collections - This is nice but it leaves a lot to be desired. There are some absolutely lovely pieces such as that dark blue leather coat which is cut beautifully and the more futuristic pieces. Not a big fan of the fur!

Other than that, yes there are some desirable pieces and I like the majority of the furs but they leave little to the imagination and may be hard to pull off for most...

I feel like the fur, leather and assymetry were all handled better by various designers during NYFW. This collection is really unattractive.

I actually really like some pieces! Other pieces...I guess I won't comment on that.

I love the collection except the accentuated shoulders. Yes, the yellow fur does look ridiculous!

i'm getting a definitely warrior vibe from this...
like an Asian/Samurai warrior vibe if that makes sense...
especially with the hair, the big belts, the strong shoulders.

I don't really know if I like it though...
I probably have to look again.
I think there are some nice pieces once you pick apart the styling.
Some of the furs were nuts while others were beautiful

It's a little crowded. There are so many pieces, additions and layers here, but you know once you concentrate on the individual pieces, this is actually quite beautiful. I especially like those skirts with the multiple incomplete layers. The giant belts are great, they remind me of McQueen S/S06.

I by no means like all of it but I thought that this was quite an exciting collection coming from Fendi. It's different and there are some innovative looks here. As a whole it looks like one big mess but up close there are some very interesting elements in every look. I just feel that it's almost a bit too much to process all at once and I'll probably have to look at it a few more times to understand what is even going on here, but I really don't see it as quite the disaster as which most others see this.

At first I purely don't like the collection, but after the collection is motion, I hate it even more, Karl casted 80% of the models whom don't know how to walk or walk painfully like Saskia, Joan, Arizona. This is just so bad

Incredible interpretation, I personally thought of Boudica when I saw that plaited hair and those beaded bags.
There is so much about this collection that I love - I'm ready to divulge.
The use of the long fur as high collars; the intricately beaded bags somewhat replicating some ancient Roman artifact; those dresses with the straps supporting a draped neckline; the simplicity given an edge with unusual fabrics; the flat buttons exquisitely placed; the unusual silhouettes; the tribal flag-looking furs towards the end; the excellent shoes...
The list goes on.
Fendi has disappointed me for about a year, but this is truly a collection that has made me excited about it again - I can't wait to see the show and hear the music.. and the campaign! Imagine the campaign with that deer and Persian lamb coat!

Some great details..
