I think there are some real gems if you look close but most of the collection is too much happening at the same time. I think it could do with a bit of simplification on the prints or removal of a few ruffles.

Too many ruffles. WAY TO MANY. The prints are brilliant, it could have been an amazing collection, but there's just too much ruffles.

Am I the only one who thinks this collection is very much alike the Viktor&Rolf "Russian doll" haute couture show?

I mean, look at the prints!

Its is still Valli .. but ... of course, I love it!

agreed, fashion is varied we should not have designer teams feuding with each other..everyone should appreciate what they find tasteful sicne we are all here because we have a passion for fashion. That said i love many of the looks here...not so much the 1st 2

i really like it, despite he overdid it with so much ruffles on patterns that speak for themshelves. It's a continuation of the past season with a different twist. However some of the patterns remain me to a collection of dresses Zara had a couple of seasons ago and also to latest Valentino collections...

The jewelry pieces, especially the bracelets really caught my attention, who did them?

I hated it after first seeing it because all I could see was ugly prints and FRILLS! But seeing the HQs and detail shots now there are some seriously stunning looks here.

This one is just

Also, these are gorgeous

And the leaves on the bottom of this dress!

I'm seriously mad at him for overdoing it so much with the frills, it completely ruins the whole mood of the collection. This could have been so beautiful if it had been toned down and if he had put more emphasis on the small details and beautiful fabrics instead of tossing a ton of ruffles on everything. I agree with the other posters who said that the soft lavender colored gown was the best look here, it's the only dress where the overdone neck part works, in my opinion.

There's a lot going on here :p I'm wonderstruck, though. Quite overwhelming, yes, but the details and colours are magnificent, imo.

Love the butterflies on the mouth. It's a big glob of enchanting and woodland-esque-ness ....
