Everything he does is based off of those couture looks. He hasn't done a single thing different. How many times is Natasha's dress going to be worn to the met ball? He's a sh*t designer now...

I saw the Bolero at Opra Garnier last night and Tisci's costumes are stunning. All men and women are dressed alike. The dancers first come on stage wearing a black cape. As the music starts they gradually take it off to reveal the transparent dress you can see in the sketch above. The choreography is all about non-stop movement, transe and turns, and the dresses were literally floating around the dancers' bodies. Towards the end they took off the dresses to reveal bodysuits with skeleton embroideries, with one dancer advancing on stage wearing the black cape again. Tisci's costumes really complete the dance and concept of this new choreography, contributing actively in its success.
You can see more pictures of the costumes on the Paris Opera Ballet's photographer's website.

Uhm, I don't know if it means anything, but under "Fall 2013" on the Givenchy website it does say "Fall 2013 Haute Couture Coming Soon." Who knows...

So as opposed to making custom made pieces based off the techniques from the couture showings he's just doing custom made pieces from elements that the RTW has.

He has gotten so lazy. I really am over Givenchy. It's become nothing more than a glorified street brand and this point.
