The finale dresses made me fall back on my chair. They are beautiful!
Gotta love Chalayan! I know I do... But I'd have to kiddo on this one, the clothes weren't that exciting. The pieces are very, um, pretty, but they lack element of surprise and intrigue that I usually expect from him. I'm not hating this in any way (although I really, really hope the super-high cut swimsuits do NOT make a comeback!), but it just doesn't capture my interest like his previous collections have... Seeing a video could definitely change my mind though

mullet- i hear you ...i got tired of the theatrics awhile back as well...
especially with so little substantial clothing to back it all up...
but i do think that in the past collection or two...there have been a better balance of clothes and spectacle...with some really standout pieces to be found (*if one has the budget to accommodate his extreme price point of course)

i think there is a lot here to love...
real clothes...not just concepts...
