Wow thanks for the pictures! I didn't think Tara was going to show, but she did it in LA this season....last season in NY was amazing and I really like her presentations!

one out of ten pieces are pretty decent. but i do agree... its not very good. seriously wish that LA fashion week consisted of more prominent designers... everyone's moved to newyork

tara subkoff's imitation denim line ended last season. its a shame because the denim was really wearable in my opinion. i own 6 pairs!

also her deal with easy spirit has ended also.

i dont know how well imitation of christ is doing financially.

i think tara should have shown in new york. its a mistake for her to show in a lower profile city.

i really like all the images shown here. i dont like the inclusion of the black lipstick however.

i thought the denim had a shot at success as well---
from what i saw it wasn't bad---i even bought a t shirt--albeit at a discount store......

and i think the shoes were popular but too pricey for the IOC market/customer...so again..only sold at deep discounts...

this is one of the worst shows she has done in a long time...
so strange to do the 'goth' thing in LA...
goth is only good if it is done very VERY well...
this looks like bad high school sh*t...
awful hair and make ..


the label has no identity-no point of view...
it's all over the place and that is a reflection of the designer...
no one is driving this boat...
they need someone more experienced in the industry at the helm...
cause they have the branding already...
it really shouldn't be impossible to make this company work as a brand...

I don't think it's that bad.I do wish that she would've have stuck with denim especially if she's showing at LA Fashion week, it would be more marketable there. But i do like that she did show at LA fashion week, maybe it might encourage other high profile designers to show at LA....just maybe.
