I believe she is one of the pioneers of this grunge-baba chic only she was doing it for the cool and penniless in the past. Since then she has become the flavour du jour, she has used more expensive fabrics and finishings (like every young designer).
Grunge de luxe. It's a lifestyle thing.
I'm sure you can do the same looks with real vintage but this smells less!....

I like the plaid pieces, especially the first dress, which looks like it has a very cute shape. The styling with those fur trimmed vests is a bit much. I'm sure once it hits the stores, there will be plenty of cute individual items.
