Unstructured and layered can be a quick trip to messy, but in the hands of Jeremy Laing, a silk charmeuse dress with slit panels, inspired by the slashed canvases of Lucio Fontana, looked clean and modern. The designer is known as a minimalist and his collection showed that restraint in the geometry of his cuts and prints. But where others would be content to leave a good thing alone, Laing revved it up with a sliver of Swarovski crystals here or a layer of netting there, resulting in a heck of a good ride

Been waiting all week for this...finally! Love it so far, especially the draping and the sheer layering. Not too sure about the laser cut-outs, but can't wait to see more.

Obviously, I'm a fan of what he does. But I really do think, this is his best so far. Seems he really pushed himself to think of something new, while retaining his signatures.
And I like the mannish fit of his jackets (really into that lately). I also love the fact that most of his clothes are half-lined, or unlined.
