I don't think that outfits in post #331 should be compared, as the coat from FW 07 had an emphasis on the shoulders, what was the point of the whole collection. Same goes with dresses in #333, the red one was made a bit more different on the back. I personally don't find it repetitive, it's rather following his own path of beautiful and feminine clothes

honestly, if you see all the pieces in person..you can tell they're in fact quite different. The pictures can't really tell..and in fact pictures never justify a Lanvin collection IMO

did anyone else find this a bit...heavy?
dont get me wrong, i love all of it, and the sales should be phenomenal but it just seemed a bit too dark, but that may be the point. i have to say, this makes me excited to see what this will evolve into next spring, im hoping for a fresh start, something different.

I love the garments, it's a brilliant collection, as usual.
The shoes are more common... such perfect clothes deserve other shoes imo. |
