The YouTube streams always worked well for me aside from the dubbed soundtracks. The quality of the Nicholas K show wasn't so great on the MBFW site, at least on iPad. I had a lot of trouble seeing details in the clothing and had trouble just making out the faces of the models.

^ Your pointing out the exact same problems I had, but it still works better for me than youtube.
That didn't work for me at all last season for some reason

I can't even. The stream works well but then it stops every 5 seconds then again works well etc...

Helmut Lang and Tommy Hilfiger have both streamed in previous seasons, but don't appear to be this season. In addition to the live streams listed by Nymphaea, Cushnie et Ochs is also live streaming today at 3pm on Milkmade.

Oh, also (couldn't edit my post), Marc Jacobs' show has moved to the 14th, while Marc by Marc Jacobs moves to the 11th due to supply problems.
