it isn't bad but it isn't the strongest collection i've seen from him. i hate being critical of him because i always have such a soft spot for his work but it's disappointing. it's a bit cleaner than the usual approach i'm drawn to from lutz.

^I agree. I actually like the very sleek looks in the first part the most, though. The green dress is great, too. But I hate all the fuchsia and the diamond prints as well as those high waisted pants. But all the shoes are pretty nice.

so funny---
two people said it's clean...one person said it's too messy...
and two people don't like the diamond print- which i really enjoy...
:p

basically- i agree with what scott said...
it's nice...no bells and whistles really...but nice ...
i actually think when it goes really really clean and white it's the best bit...

thanks for posting...

I'm still not sure what to say really, but the one thing that I really like is that it doesn't make me think of anything else. It's difficult to pinpoint , that might be its' strength

i guess what i meant by clean was how sophisticated, even glamourous,it looked. i'm not used to that. he's usually got that great offbeat whimsy....a lot of texture...many times that mundane and classic contrast, which i loved.

I wasn't so keen on the diamond prints either, but like this dress. Somehow the collection always looks better in real life than in the show
