yes.. i wish i could have edited my comment (too late) but i meant to say that it's not that i care about seeing the models and i'm sure they're not there to show themselves off, but i just think it looks.. bad. i honestly just think it looks awkward and odd..

The way Margiela presented this collection is soooooooo accurate to how Margiela likes to portray his models. This is the GENUINE ESSENCE of what Margiela is all about!!!

What does the model like like???....Who is the model that's wearing the clothes??....Margiela's reply to all of this???....."The model, and who it is doesn't, matter.....look at the clothes instead dammit!!!...The model is insignificant and secondary!!!

BRAVO!!! BRAVO!! BRAVO!!

hideous.

This isn't helping the already dying haute couture industry in any way.

I suppose the beaded car seat scarf could come in handy wherever you sit...
I'm liking this new aggressive direction he's taking with all his collections.

As far as Huate Couture is concerened...that whole concept totally died and buried itself sooooooo long ago. The days of Yves St. Laurent are far and gone. Haute Couture is now Karl Lagerfeld....mass audience advertising....marketability....fashion press clippings...celebrities in the front row...logos and status symbols...yeah, "Haute Coture", right??.....Gimme a break!!!

I'm beginning to wonder where some of his Haute Couture pieces are for men???...I hope he presented a few things for us guys. Unfortunately, I highly doubt I'd be able to actually afford most of it...but, it doesn't hurt to look and drool, right???...hahaha!!!
