...Shoulder pads? Some things should just stay dead, and those are most definitely one of them.

While i enjoy the outfits w/ the trousers...this just feels odd to me, i can tell it's still him by the eccentricity in the cuts, and certainly by the use of nets. but this is just too commercial for him.. i dont get the irony in the stripes..and the nude dresses are just awfully executed, i think.
a bad direction for him, in my opinion.

i am always disappointed by Margiela's shows but always impressed when I see the clothes in real life. I think this will be the same. I really don't like these flesh coloured leotards.....they look bad. Not sure I am keen on these elevated shoulders.....

It's not a line to be worn in it's entirety but diluted with other personal choices in my opinion as it can sometimes be driven by the gimmicks on the runway but there is always something for everyone in the shop.

Nice and clean cutting, although I'm not so fond of the use of colors of the American flag.

doesn't that apply to almost all runway shows though?

If you saw someone wearing a complete runway look from any designer, they would most likely look ludicrous

my main issue is this--aere people supposed to wear these clothes---cuz paisian stretts are DIRTY. the last thing one needs isa trail on their pants to pick up more scu,. i enjoy the use of the nude blocks of colr and the stars, generally shapes/colors... but the shoulder pads look hideous--he lifted that off hte new york giants, completely--no translating there. i liek the basic high-waisted trousers--beautiful tailoring. i also like the tight/unitard bodysuit thingys( but i stillwan tot ripout those shoudler pads..oh well.

VERY Eighties feeling. I like the shirts with the "bra" and the wide-legged trousers. Not sure about the colour palette, it's annoying.

The show:

The white curtains form the runway in the shape of number 8.
At the end of the show curtains were pulled up:-)

The clothes: (sorry for the bluring, tho:-)
