Classical and minimalist customers! Very beautiful, but lack some element.

I'm finding Peter's work here so disappointing. His clothes look so... old. Oscar himself was doing more interesting and fresh clothes than he is. I don't know why he's stock in this weird 80s ballgown aesthetic. Its just feels so dated and unappealing.

those taffeta gowns look sad and old.
old in the sense that they would not look out of place on an old lady in a 1998 episode of sex and the city. or hell, even in the 80s. they're so so bad. it's not even a throwback, or a new take on that aesthetic. it's literally the same and it's ugly.

but there's also lots of nice things here and there

I hated the bows on the backs of some of the dresses (they looked like backpacks from the front and they looked obnoxious from the back), but overall I really liked the collection. There were some really beautiful dresses.

it's refreshing to see such an elegant collection

It's underwhelming compared to Oscar, it just looks plain and dated to me.

I don't know what happened since Peter's debut, which I really liked and found promising. The color palette and the cut of the clothes are very stale here, it almost looks like a collection from thirty years ago as others have mentioned. The introduction of zippers and fresh elements seemed to only exist for one season, unfortunately.

I found some of bows rather unnecessary but hearing about his concept for show really instated the use of minimal knitwear with those plush fabrics. I personally found it gorgeous to watch, it's nice to see something grown up in a sea of attention seekers in New York.
