thanks kit - I read it in hard copy yesterday. Never quite sure what I think of Pheobe Philo (apart from liking her name). She does what she does well. Its pretty & its safe & its very wearable and I guess thats all good.

I think that Phoebe Philo is a very very pretty designer who perfectly embodies the feminine attributes of the clothes that she designs for CHLOE .

If ONLY Stella McCartney had the same attribute .

stella was too heavy handed & aggressive for Chloe I agree. I think both girls do know a lot about how to make womens bodies look good despite their insecurities....(in a way thats what makes their clothes work for so many women)....its something Mr Galliano & Mr McQueen don't seem to bother too much about.

This has me at the edge of my seat. I'm actually kind of scared. Right now, her reputation lies on fluttery loose pieces, and the fact that she is making things tighter is fascinating! I cannot wait to see what Spring 2006 has in store.
