Prabal Gurung F/W 11.12 New York
Wow! I'm going to be honest, I never thought he had it in him but this was one of the very best collections I've seen in a long time. I know it's early on to say such a thing but it was sooo good. It was dark, fun, delicate yet rough, ladylike yet youthful. My jaw kept dropping lower and lower. There are so many nice pieces in it that I need to see more of, like the gloves.

Fantastic, versatile and wearable pieces, fantastic styling, love the movement of the clothes. Everything was perfect. It felt like a mix of Proenza meets Theyskens with Gurungs aesthetics.

This is really beautiful. The red is so striking. I love the dress on Liu Wen, as well as Joan's.

i hated the styling, especially the hair and tights. and the clothes didn't really make up for it....everything looked so out of proportion.....

I'm absolutely OBSESSED with this collection. Amazing. From the hair to the shoes to the clothes themselves just perfect.

liberty - I love how different opinions we have, I really loved the hair and the tights worked in a weird way. I didn't like them at first but they grew on me as the show went.

Too much embellishments, colors did not go well together. Did not like those thights, and I LOEATHED those degradť furs.
The hits here were the most simple pieces. It was overall good, but what was bad was REALLY bad.

hated the hair and makeup especially on the first couple girls.. carolines horrible walk didnt help either.
jordans dress was dreadful, you somehow manage to book jordan and you put her in that?

for a fall collection the only standard coat that sticks out is on Bruna and could it be anymore basic? He seems to be ONLY creating for little cocktail soirees and the red carpet.

the pink, purple and other neon color hair extensions were rather garish.
only about 3 or 4 red carpet perfect dresses all the rest were overworked.. the ombre fur reminded me of dolce's pink magenta fur back from fw09? it was best back then.. no need to rehash..
i believe the stylist was tiina laakonen, shame doesnt seem like she did anything.

theres nothing really to say about the collection besides it produced 3-5 pretty redcarpet dresses everything else was just kinda

Yeah i don't like the hair and the tights too, but the collection is great, a love the use of red and the way he played with texture. I felt a little Givenchy feeling going on.

The red dresses and striped socks remind me of Halloween witches.

Love the clothes
The long gowns are stunning. My favourite is look 34.
The outfits with the pants look very Givenchy F/W 2010 though.
But the hair & makeup aren't flattering at all.
