Kinda nice, but doesn't blow me away at all. Previous collections were way more striking and looked much better in general!

In love with this collection, personally Id wear about 99% of it, it hit the right balance of keeping with the Proenza vibe and trying new things, they have been so consistently good for the past 4 seasons. Fresh and exciting colors and prints but in shapes that are very wearable, along with Rodarte my fav collection so far

^Same here!

Fantastic, fantastic collection. After watching A Day Before document on them I really stared to warm up their designs and I really love this one. It's all put together so well, the pixel prints are really wonderful and I love those patent leather coats on Sara and Mirte.

Well done

i'm just hypnotized by the continued rise of the proenza schouler duo. at first, we thought them a one trick pony with those underwear-as-outerwear tops, then, we thought them purveyors downtown goods, but now, these past two (and a half if you count pre-fall) seasons, we find them not only able to translate their vision toward the more outwardly upscale and obviously expensive, but toward the something so sophisticated it hurts yet still maintaining that cool factor that everyone loved them for in the first place.

i know anna must be proud these two.

i don't get this zip away coat fascination that some designers seem to be running with for the last couple of seasons...
and here it is again!

it's not cute...it's not cool...it's not good...
can it just stop please?!?...
*grumble*

beyond that...
i think the styling is excellent and i really enjoy some of the dresses...
their prices are just too high...
WAY too high...

the only reason we see anyone wearing any of it is cause some editors get gifts or go to sample sales...
beyond that ...the only place i ever see the clothes is on the sale rack at the end of the season...

such a shame really...

but i guess they are doing OK selling all those bags!
...
*i really like the bag myself...
the balenciaga model is really working for them, it would seem...

I've seen better though and of course I'm thinking on last seasons collection

I party agree. There was something lacking, but for me it more was the definition of something new. Many pieces reminded me of last season but only from its approach and the way it got finished at the end didn't have this catching affect to me.
There's something missing to me as well, something that makes me fall in love with their collections how I use to do but I just don't know what.
I'm not sure there's anything 'missing' save that it's one of those collections that takes time to process there being such a lot going on. Which is a good thing. My instinct at the time of the livestream was there's something profoundly interesting about this work although I couldn't then, nor still, quite put my finger on what it is.

So far all I've unearthed is that the collection was influenced by a roadtrip to Santa Fe and looking at NativeAmerican textiles then digitising their prints based on those influences.

I've already seen enough diamond motifs in New York (also Rodarte, Thakoon, Altuzarra) to call it a major trend. And zigzags. I keep thinking of Pringle jumpers. And Missoni.

Beautiful! My one and only favorite collection thus far. The prints are fantastic and they mesh together with the shapes and the solid colors. If I was a woman I would wear this in a heartbeat. Jack and Lazaro rarely disappoints!

Propably one of my favourite collection of NYFW, especially the colorful geometric patterns.
