Tomorrow's the launch of Jay's website. Check it out http://www.jaymccarroll.com/

Here's an excerpt from www.realityblurred.com...

Project Jay reveals Jay's reason for not taking the prize: he wants his own "exclusive deal"
Jay McCarroll’s Project Jay special aired last night, and we finally found out why he rejected the show’s prize. At the beginning of the hour-long special, he said, “The bottom line is, I didn’t take the Project Runway prize money because I’m going to try to make an exclusive deal with a licensing company.”

Yeah I read that he turned down the prize etc.............because it was a way for him to worm out of the Bravo contract, and get with anothe partner that he felt was going to do more for him.

I cant wait for the new season. THe designers better be on their job, because last season was utter garbage, imo. ]

When talking about models, Martinique was my extreme favorite. She was tall, beautiful, slender, and her walk was so bitchy and graceful.

its just weird to me that they couldn't have found better girls...the show has a good reputation now, and there are HUNDREDS of models in NYC that are in need of work. Hmmm?

It appears that this season might be the biggest in terms of ratings. It's being hyped up just about everywhere.

I honestly can't wait to see the black guy because when I think of High-fashion I don't think of anyone with his background but that means that he will bring something very fresh and new to PR. I can't wait.

I lmao when MK said: looks like Doris Day playing a postal worker, (something like that), when commenting on Austin's design.

Did Daniel V. take Michael Kors' job offer. I know Dan v. has his own line now.

Holy cow, I did not know that Robert Best is in this season's lineup! My mom and are avid Barbie collectors, and she is a huge fan of his designs (I think she has 90% of everything he has done for Barbie in his 10 years with Mattel)! She was so sad when she saw him on TV just now auditioning and making the final cut, because it might mean that he's moving on to "bigger models!" Haha...
