Okay, here is Keith's sketch and Valli's outfit side by side.

If his portfolio is a lie then they have no choice but to disqualify him.

OMG! That is an exact copy right down to the hairstyle and the cut near the shoulders. Thanks for the screencap.

Do you have the screencap of the Lacoste copy?

OMG!! Those pictures side by side are rediculous. Maybe Keith will be the one they have to kick off??!?!?!

In the casting special they asked him about his sketches, and he said it was from when he worked for/collabarted with Valli.

so they knew that before they picked him. They told him that it was not his work but someone elses but he said that he worked on the outfits, and the designs but that they have Valli's name as it was his company.

Its a total gray area, and obviously Valli has rights to the designs and sketches.............Id bet.

I guess it will come down to whether not not Valli agrees with Keith on the orgination of the designs.

This is the best that I could get of the Lacoste outfit

This is fun. We can make a game out of guessing the designer from Keith's portfolio.

I don't think Valli was named but I heard them mentioned a label called "Wyeth" or something. Let me check my recording....

Ahh. Maybe that's what it was.

But I know there was some issue with his book.

That isn't just a copy. It looks like he traced the actual pictures.

It does look like he traced.

And I have a hard time believing that is the FIRST dress he ever made. If I knew I was going to be on Project Runway, you can bet I would start practicing my dressmaking skills!

So true. It would be like going on SURVIVOR and not knowing how to make fire!

Even if he copied his design book, he did make a nice dress, so what gives?

I remember hearing Wyeth at the Casting special, not Valli but Im sure Marcel will come by with the definitive verdict.

I justed checked Keith bio on Bravo and there is no mention of companies that he worked for, just that he is "freelance"
It is not just Valli but Valli AND Lacoste AND possibly Marni and god knows who else that coincidentally is showing up in Keith's sketchbook.

I just emailed BPR because they have contact with a lot of contestants to see if they have more of a background on Keith.

I know that the person who first brought it up on TWOP has already contacted Bravo so they know about it. Maybe its no big deal after all. As Marcel pointed out, Nina was at the Valli show.

The producers of the show need drama. That is why they kept Santino around. They will keep Vincent for laugh value after he made that hat and then wimped out about it when questioned. I think it is Mr. Tatooneck that might get the heave. He strikes me as being a little too strange.

I would be shocked if Vincent last more than 3 shows. He reminds me of Starr from S1 -- in over their heads and cant handle the pressure.

Yeah PR like DRAMA but they only prefer one villain.

Wendy is obviously "the villain" in S1 and she fulfilled that role eagerly.

Santino was "the villain" in S2 even though ****angy was just as bad if not worse but Santino had the outsize personality so they went with him. Why else would PR hide the fact that ****angy hid the muslin roll from all the other designers and didnt disclose the ****angy bull**** until after she was gone?

There is room for only one villain and that villain will make the Final Three so my vote is that it will be Keith.

Hodi in her Newsweek interview mentioned that they have a "great villain" for this season. . . . as if we didnt have one in S1 but that's Hodi for you -- she's an idjit.

the hepburn, where do you put Malan in this. Entertainment value with that weird accent? If you are correct at Keith being the villain, and he has skill, that will make for a lot of excitement. Tim will have smoke blowing out his ears!
