^Don't know if this helps, but according to PR producer Rucker's blog, "The books that were discovered were a men’s patternmaking book, a terminology/how-to fashion book, a copy of Paper magazine and a fashion art book." Hahaha I guess that doesn't help so much after all....

^ thanks. i didn't know that. the kick-off is starting to sound really trivial, but hey, it's done. wish them all well.

alison is my favorite. she is such a dollface. i love her style and the fact that she wears her own clothes.

she was in a magazine today, and her face was blowed up and everyone else's was small :[

don't get me wrong, i like some of the others, too.

but you always will have your favorite.

anyway, the magazine was US Weekly.

Just catching up on the shows, watching the one with the dogs, Im so glad Katherine is gone, she was sooo mousey and not a very good designer. Angela's outfit was so slutty, it was like street walker.

Okay, I just got to watch the episode last night and I, too, am disappointed that this was the "scandal". But Keith did break the rules and it's only fair he had to go.

This show just solidified my LOVE for Alison! She's got sooo much going for her and I absolutely love her style. Her hair is the CUTEST ever!

I have a new respect and love for Jeffrey... wow, the guy knows what he's doing!

Michael and Laura definitely "saved" Angela, in my opinion. I think the two of them made GREAT teammates because they are good people and talented designers.

I still love Robert even though I didn't like his outfit AT ALL. I still think he is a talented man and I look forward to seeing more of his work. I think the relationship between Kayne and Robert is really sweet... they get along so well!

I also dislike Vincent, though I did appreciate his comment about, "Wanting to do what he could to bring Robert's vision to life." I thought that was pretty cool... not as snarky as I thought it would be.

OMG, I totally hear what you're all sayin about Bradley! He is soooooooo freakin adorable! LMAO! I laughed so hard when he was commenting on how Bonnie would like him better if he didn't have a beard! He is like a grown up kid! His comments are very entertaining!

I am going to miss Vera so much! I think her comments were so constructive and well thought out. I have to admit, though... Kors' comments can be funny as hell sometimes.

Last but not least, all the comments some of you have made about Santino and Andre have really made me miss those guys. Santino was sooooooooo freakin' hilarious! He had me in stitches on more than one occasion. And I did love Andre... there was just something I found so loveable and appealing about him. I suppose Bradley is my Andre of this season. I don't really know who my Santino is yet, though I did find Keith's comments about Angela's "bag of skittles" hilarious and incredibly appropriate!

spoilerwhite text)
I'm really sad that Bonnie ended up gettig auf'd. Booooohoooo! I guess I feel she had great potential, but I did really dislike the outfit she designed, so I guess it was justified.

Uhhhhh...why?! That's just ridiculous. I'm really flustered by this comment. Seriously. Why?

(i figured it was best to ignore such a poorly thought out comment.)

it's funny how everyone adores alison. i figured i was just gravitating foolishly to her adorable and slightly indie look but she really does deliver! i hope she makes it far. i'd love to own everything she wears (and makes, it seems!)

good idea...thanks for keeping the thread moving

Alison is fashion-forward enough that her stuff is modern and edgy but yet, her designs are wearable. I had a dress she made for me two summers ago which I wore practically to bits it was my dress I went to when I felt frumpy and needed to look cute and yet be comfortable...not overdone and a basic but definitely an edgier basic. Good for her she is succeeding...I could not be happier

my friend was at mood a few days ago and saw one of the PR designers being followed around with a camera crew asking him...or her, how did getting into the finals change his...or her life. i know, i know, no spoilers and I wouldn't anyway. But it's going to be very exciting and unexpected indeed. all those in the NY area looking to beat the heat, seems like mood is the place to hang out

I have a question about Project Runway. When the judges say they've heard what the designers have said and need to add up the scores or something, and then they start chatting, can the designers hear what the judges are saying? It seems like the designers that the judges said bad things about make a grimacing face and the others look very confident and happy. Just wondering!

You're such a tease, birdofparadise. They wouldn't be shooting the final challenge yet, so can we assume the "finalist" your friend saw lives in New York?
