^insane ... the price are going higher higher every season ....
does someone know if the quality is better when it's something designed for their special couturier collections ?
never bought anything yet from those collections ...
it was bad until now for men ....

wow 450....but i suppose one can imagine that since obviously this will be a bit more exclusive than the prior designer collections. and judging by that first look posted, there does seem to be more a design element in certain items than some of the others. and perhaps, that might be a good thing for genuine fans too....maybe there won't be such an overwhelming rush as in the past with these designer endeavours.

btw, somebody had mentioned TAO.....that's what this reminds me of,actually. all the shirting elements she did so impeccably.

I'd like to know as well. As much as I want some of the pieces if the quality is on par with H&M's usual stuff it's kind of not worth it at the price

I'm only intrigued by the first dress, and I still would want to see it in person to justify the soaring prices this collection will surely have.

So far the only piece that looks interesting to me is that first dress...

Not too impressed to be honest, I'd like to see it even more far-out and special. Nothing here that will suit me, although I'm still awaiting better pictures AND pictures of the accessories before I pass judgement :P

Oh my, that first dress is exactly the same look as the half man-half woman collection from a couple of seasons ago.

Somehow I thought this line was going to be really special. But it's just comme des garcons..without the H&M. And even though the stuff is very cute I just don't have the nerves of steel needed for these launches.

But I do think the launch of CdG's line is going to be the biggest pandemonium yet.

info from new issue of w. (fashionista.com)
1. No kids' stuff. H&M says, "We wanted something for kids, but she [Rei] didn't feel like it, so we didn't."
2. The line is, "mostly black and with Japanese tomboy airs, the H&M collection includes a range of tailored jackets, many deconstructed, along with cropped pants, baggy shorts and a variety of skirts in stretch wool. On the perkier side are polkadot knits in jersey or merino wool, colorful shirts - some with dots - and a "showpiece" coat-dress decorated here and there with dense Victorian ruffles."
3. There'll also be a unisex perfume with notes of cedar and patchouli.

Kids in CdC would be too funny I'm glad Rei said no.
