I love their aesthetic and how they went from the dark hard leather last season to the soft floral. It's just beautiful especially the white dresses.

Tarten? Really? Wedding-like dresses? Regurgitating last season.

This collection is not coherent and does not make any sense. People who think this is nice, are riding the brand name hype train.
I have to agree with this. It looks just bloody and downright gross.

I quite like the collection. I agree with everybody's criticisms, but despite this I do quite like it. The show however was just beautiful, absolutely loved it.

I mean it is very comme with all the deconstruction and patch work ideas...was really hoping for something a little more adventurous from them after all it is AW and would have loved to have seen a bit more outerwear.

I have to say that I expected more...I feel that this will be a collection to grow on me over time. I do think that the white drapey and textured dresses are hits and some of the textured looks work too, like the rose print one on Karlie.

i remember i said last season that i liked them but wasn't sure they'd evolve... of course that it will take more time to know that, but looking at this collection it seems they retrogressed
i love it when people mix textures and prints, especially prints we wouldn't normally combine, and i was finding their technique interesting, even when it looked like a simple collage, but this seems badly done, i don't know, the prints simply don't go well together, the "collage" seems a bit too raw (not sure if i'm using the right word here) for my taste and some looks are just not flattering at all...

Certainly pretty but nothing about this collection excites me. Also does anyone else think this looks more like a summer collection? Lots white dresses, light weight pieces and no jackets of coats to speak of.

Rodarte is like the next Rochas by Theyskens , with 0 practicality . Lot of the trends like prairie dressing and vaguely 30s looks have been seen on runways , this is so crayola and stuffy , its waay to heavy handed that it goes into over kill. Marc did the same prairie dressing and the 30s but it was so lucid and comfortable yet beautiful at the same time. They need to be more subtle , being cutting edge doesnt mean having 100 bells and whistles , most of the time less is more.
