I'm sure it will be pretty and good quality for what it is (a line at target) but I don't think it will look at all the way we think of Rodarte looking.

Every time I see a new post in this thread I get a little excited thinking a picture or two might have been posted...I can't wait!

I'm happy for the Mulleavy sisters, this is going to help out so much financially. I'm sure they'll manage to hold on to certain Rodarte elements into the collaboration. I'm a little worried about the leopard print coat that was mentioned though...

I saw some pix (in a magazine? ) & there was a dress that looked great ... I marked my calendar. I fear, though, that it will be solid polyester, and I object to that

^ I'm not sure ... I suspect Vogue, but I don't know. I subscribe to Vogue, Elle, Lucky, Allure, and O, so I believe it was one of those. There was a picture of the sisters surrounded with the things on mannequins, as I recall.

it's part of the Go Intl program, according to the original post in this thread...
so that means juniors if they follow according to the past...
the price points- 9.99- 79.99 also indicate a younger target audience......

anna sui will be the next target guest designer who is geared towards an older customer...

though- if alexander mcqueen was any indication...
it's not going to be much older than the teen scene...
i mean...that stuff was really bad 80's redux and anna sui is famous for babydoll dresses...

so, imo...
it's all really meant for young 'uns...
...

i heard a rumour about an upcoming designer that would change all that...
though i find it really difficult to imagine, so i'll just wait and see if it actually happens...
