i love this collection! not too futuristic. not riding trends or reusing old trends. not too simple. not too flashy. not too chic. not too clean.

this is very nice. especially the white and off white pieces and the blue dresses. the patterned dressed don't do much for me though. this is better than her last collection. i think Tao is really good at more classical looks and draping. some ppl say this is new and fresh but i can see nods to past CdG collections in here. one of the necklines reminds me of a piece from the mid 80s. but there's nothing wrong with that of course! two thumbs up! someone earlier said that the japanese have done particularly well this season and i'm inclined to agree. CdG is colourful, playful madness and and JW, with the draping and the billowing fabrics, was dealt with elegantly and refreshingly.
