It looks good. Not crazy about the setting of most of the shots (some shots look kind of amateur and distracting), but otherwise, I'm interested. I've been very iffy on this Rosemary character, but this is a nice start, I suppose.

I'd like to see these pieces on the runway, Thierry Mugler style.

And DAMN Meghan looks GOOD.

*EDIT*

Upon further inspection and after more thought, I actually think this is not very exciting at all. This looks like nothing more than Rosemary pulling a handful of the more tasteful pieces from the archives and sticking them on a contemporary model with minimal styling. I'm disappointed with the direction that Mugler has been taken in these past few years. The brand has such a strong identity (whether or not you particularly like it, it has an instantly recognizable image), that it's frustrating to see it in the hands of someone who does not realize the full potential of the house. I feel like so much could be done here....strip away the campiness of vintage Thierry and you end up with interesting concepts.

It would be fascinating to see Hussein Chalayan take the helm as head designer.

...... it's kinda disappointing. In fact it's quite disappointing.

Thierry Mugler had much more persona than this, there was a lot more substance in his clothes than this. And yeah sure maybe it was because his vintage clothes were more conceptual and focussed more on imagery than practicality, but that doesn't mean the same can't be done today with more practical clothes.
I feel like this Rosemary woman held back a bit and didn't really explore Mugler's true magnetism.
When I think Mugler I think a sudden explosion of ideas and personalities. This only touches on the edges of Mugler.

Really? The way I see it he'd just try to reinvent it in a more minimal manner. Into something much less....severe than what Mugler stands for.

I was thinking more along the lines of Vandervorst.

Really? I don't particularly consider Chalayan minimal by any means, nor do I think he would try to water down the image of the brand.

Chalayan's affinity for science and technology would certainly suit the house, and in fact, looking through Hussein's archives, there are definitely moments, while sometimes subtle, that feel very Muglerian. Plus, Chalayan is a master showman, and Mugler needs someone who can put on a compelling show.

I guess I would just be really curious to see the result of Mugler's exaggerated and cartoonish archives in the hands of the sophisticated, cerebral and technical whiz-kid hands of Chalayan.

Honestly the only piece that interests me is that black sheath with the shocking pink lined cape. It's not really what I would think of when I think of Mugler, in fact it could almost be a L'Wren Scott from the look of it, but it's a dramatic little cocktail dress.

The rest is all very tentative. Of course there's a huge risk of either being too literal or veering into parody territory with a label like Mugler, but I think it'd be better to take the risk than to just avoid it completely.
