Not impressed at all. Sure, I can't deny the man knows his craft but I was expecting Haute Couture, it just looks like an extension of S/S, I would have appreciated a bit more of creative effort.

i like some of the details... like the straps on the dress in post #68 for example
but for the most part, to echo mr-dale, i'm underwhelmed... some of the dresses are nice but for the most part they are lacking in freshness i think i can see some actresses potentially choosing a couple of these for award shows but i would much rather see the dior collection out and about (  ) |

A bit boring, I am growing weary of all the white on the runway as of late... but I'm sure we'll see at least one of these gowns on the red carpet at the Oscars!

Nothing too innovative, but I've come to expect that from Valentino. He's not known for making unique and original clothing, after all, but rather for his gorgeous and timeless gowns.
