the 'punk' guy with the spike hair is probably the most ridiculous thing demna ever sent on a runway, and that says A LOT.

is this supposed to be couture?

i swear to god if i read a single article praising how revolutionary this crap is, im gonna lose my mind

Can we officially consider Vetements being a parody of fashion?

I think they've pushed the idea of "archetype clothings" even more, and i kind of like it.

I can't wait for this charade to be over once and for all. This is rubbish. They started off well, and last season was even managable. This just feels like they are trying way too hard; it all seems fake and very pretentious. There's only so much you can do with styling clothes from a charity shop; once you run out of shops you have to start doing some designing. Clearly Demma isn't one, but just a glorified stylist. I wonder how long their base will continue to drink the cool-aid. I have a feeling it's not so long anymore.

I do not think anyone will even have energy to hate on this, it's just a massive eye roll. 😂
And that bride of Dracula costume at the end it's just baffling.

Love love love the casting, extremely refreshing not seeing conventional "models" on the runway

Why don't we just ignore this pretence of a brand? I know I don't have to read the thread but I, for one, would be grateful if there were no mention of it in the future.

Then what would we have to discuss? All the great ideas on display? The exquisite craftsmanship?

I love the first look.
I didn't want to comment on this but i love the first look so...
Yes, Vêtements and the discussion about and around Vêtements are tired.
It's just a pure ego trip. Balenciaga is basically the same thing with better quality and lower prices.

The cast is boring. Galliano did that 10 years ago (and was criticized for it) and Gaultier & Margiela has done that for years. But we all know that people will say how revolutionary it is of Demna to do that...

Who are their target customers? Fashion Victims. Demna himself said that he couldn't wear his Vetements clothes so...
