OMG I never thought I'd say it - Victoria Beckham can design! Or at least someone in her team can.

I feel an element of wartime Parisien chic meeting with an early 80's futurist strictness. A Robert Doisneau print through the prism of a Joy Division concert. Yet somehow the blend feels very now.

I like the austerity here, and the colours are great.

Its wearable, with a consistent theme (unlike rachel zoes).

It's a strong departure from what I would class as 'Victoria' though. I can't see her in a lot of the looks. I think in real life the red dresses would look very 'santa'. + I think we are all quite over military now - so i'm surprised she has hints of it in her collection.

I mean its good, its nice. But it makes me yawn - and the Victoria Beckham 'look' should not be yawnworthy.

*EDIT* from looking at the HQ pictures the backs of the outfit look more interesting than the front (eg the green dress with the straps) Anyone have close ups of the accessories? & different angles of the outfits?

A little bland for my tastes but it's a good collection. All very nice and chic and wearable. And I'm sure it will sell well.

She's honed a distinct aesthetic every season without being too repetitive , it's so consistent I have to wonder why it took her so long to get to this point. I like the fact she thinks about things such as double ended zips.

Pretty solid collection. I actually expected, and hoped for, something sexier. The collection is missing that tarty, vamp look that I've come to associate with VB. I find this all a little too buttoned up for my liking but it will sell.
