Ranna Gill

The kind of collection which makes inspires you to go to a beach resort or a lounge! That was Ranna Gill's an interesting mix of textures, colours, graphics and ornamentation with different silhouettes, lengths and shapes. Influenced by Marakesh, the assortment constitutes of easy flowing Kaftan with flirtatious soft drapes. The figure hugging fabrics gives a sensuous appeal to the feminine body. Sexy swim wear completed the collection with jewelled embellishments in ruby reds, sapphire blues and emerald greens.

Ashii by Ashima Singh

The debutante designer Ashima Singh presented a unique collection called Ashii. Urban, chic and contemporary – looked like the motto. The silhouettes mainly included caftans, wide legged pants, short shift dresses and maxi dresses. The outfits were meant for the urban girl with wearability being the hallmark. The playful use of young colours like shell beige, moss green, angel pink, pistachio greens and whites give the collection a young feel to it. The fabric story unfolds with nets, chiffons and georgettes, being designed with an industrial perfection.

Pankaj and Nidhi

Titled 'Ferris Wheel', Pankaj and Nidhi's creation had a feel of a nostalgic journey through a world of fantasy. The designer duo presented a range of ensemble which showed ornately crafted surface techniques and embellishments such as intricate cutwork, embroidery and dori work. The fairytale impression was enhanced through a bold sensual colour story including bright fuchsia, fiery red, hot chocolate, teal, soft rose, emerald green, vanilla and mustard.
