A handful of items from the SJP line don't look too terribly cheap. I bought some ballet flats (satin, nude colored) for only $8 there - which is fab because I go through those things very quickly!!

I don't have anything against what Steve & Barry's is trying to do. I just think they could be conducting it in a better way.

Of course. I never claimed any different. Like I said, I think they could be designing their pieces differently. If that means they'd have to increase prices to $10 or $12, I wouldn't really mind. It's still cheaper than other stores.
