I personally think it's a real pain to see the decline of thought and love put into the product every season... it is without doubt selling, but the clothing itself is becoming more and more bland, I feel.

Does anybody remember the F/W 2003 collection, the one with the tie-dyed gabardine and macramé handwork? that's when our shop started buying into the label and that's also when they were still staging shows with Y's... Every single piece from that season made me almost faint because the cutting, attention to detail and quality was simply beyond... <3

I am hardly finding anything strong at Y's anymore, and I always stare over to Noir or even the mainline to eventually jump over and buy these lines, instead of Y's, which by itself is becoming increasingly pricy (almost close to Demeulemeester and other designer's mainlines).

wow I thought this was menswear at first...
Now I think if there is a man with this kind of face, he could definitely wear it

I love the long baggy skirts. They look heavy and nice

This is great, very solid, thank you runner.

Tricot while I agree by cursory comparison to the 03 F/W collection about there being less intricate details and 'twists', which is sad to see. But I feel this collection is much more wearable specifically in a corporate work environment - my guess is that it would sell better..

I prefer these over Noir but I seem to find that in both, the loose flowy bottoms remind me of the aikido hakama.
