The orange dress will look nice on the red carpet somewhere, but I'm not a fan of the wide neck and heavy velvets. I guess I'm just not ready for the 90s to come back so literally.
Some of these looks do look kind of old and stuffy-- it doesn't have the pop and originality that McQueen's designs had. The man sure could make a duchess gown look good. *sigh*

I think these outfits look outdated because of their wearability, their sexiness and the fact that they fit - nobody seems to do any of those anymore
The fit, the construction and the details are all of a couture level, these are fabulous draped gowns made up in the most difficult fabrics; they are fabulous, and I loved watching the show, but they aren't modern, unfortunately.
