I saw I'm not there yesterday and was so pleasantly surprised. By no means a huge fan, it still held my attention throughout (almost - dragged slightly at the end, with many would be endings considered insufficient obviously). The many mixed styles and surreal sequences just made it very special and looking forward to rewatching it. Cate Blanchett really was remarkable, and the best of the six, though she also had the best material, so to speak.
Was like a creative explosion filmed with love and mixed media.

I also loved the use of I want you and One more cup of coffee... perfect.

^I thought Cate should've taken Heath Ledger's role... her giving the speech Health gave (to his wife) would have been so ironically amazing

I loved when Cate said "I'm the only one who's got any balls"! I love Bob Dylan, and think I know a decent amount about him, but when I saw this movie it made me want to dig deeper and know more and then watch it again! There were so many little things that I am sure I would have caught onto if I had. What did those of you who saw the movie think of Michelle Williams doing Edie Sedgwick??

^That part was amazing! No one in the theater except my friend and I laughed
I thought Sienna Miller made a better Edie on Factory Girl, and I'm no Sienna fan.

Bob Dylan does NOT do commercials (with the exception of the VS one, because that's too hilarious)
I was surprised, too. But I think the Cadillac commerical featuring Bob Dylan also advertises Bob Dylan's XM Radio Hour. It's a pretty interesting tie-in IMO. His show is a total throwback to radio's heyday and Cadillacs are classic. Hand-in-hand.

His hair! It's an icon of its own.

Did Dylan get along with Warhol? I'd imagine they wouldn't...
