i love him - my favorite album of his is 'blood on the tracks'. for me it's about what you feel during the breakdown of a relationship (i think he wrote it during his divorce). 'you're a big girl now' is pretty heartbreaking. 'idiot wind' is about as nasty as it gets. a lot of sadness, anger, and jealousy.

Pretty nice suit here, too; this was the show to be at. Manchester Free Trade Hall, 17th May, 1966. It never got any better than this. Photo from theband.hiof.no
Theres something about Dylan, i always find that you can listen to his songs years later and hear something completely different. My favourite has to be All along the watchtower, gets me everytime. Has anyone seen ' dont look back'? its an interesting insight into his world.

Then take me disappearin' through the smoke rings of my mind, down the foggy ruins of time, far past the frozen leaves, the haunted, frightened trees, out to the windy beach, far from the twisted reach of crazy sorrow.
