I don't know anyone who has kept her look so flawless and chic for so long as Marianne (and through such tacky time periods for fashion!). Here are some more recent pictures.
I like the Marianna pix. She looks funny in that one with Kylie Minogue...almost wax figure-like. I wonder if she had some work done recently. I don't see anything wrong with it if she did. She and Anita have lived rough lives...it's good to just see that they survived the Stones, unlike so many others...
It does! Burberry Prorsum's fall collection was inspired by Marianne:
"I was thinking of sixties London, Marianne Faithfull, and Yorkshire, where I come from," were the words an overwhelmed Christopher Bailey managed to emit before disappearing under an avalanche of well-wishers and TV cameras after his show.

That's actually Madeleine D'Arcy - not Marianne - in the above photo with Tony Sanchez (Keith's drug dealer). Tony wrote the book "Up and Down with the Rolling Stones." He left his wife and children for Madeleine, who was a heroin addict and died in the 70's of an overdose. Marianne was very good friends with her and even wrote a song about her.
