The show I saw was an outdoors one, and it had been raining all bloody day. But right before they came on... the rain got a little lighter and there was a rainbow in the sky at sunset. You can't buy a perfect setting like that It was such a great show... the boys seem to be in incredible shape this tout. I nearly started crying during Fake Plastic Trees and House of Cards, their performance was so intense. I probably would have... had it not been for the attack on my personal space from all the crowd and people squished together. Basically, it was unforgettable, one of the best shows I have ever seen. Their set is gorgeous too... and Thom is mesmarizing. They played at least one song from each album, and a lot of old ones too... and it was just great. Hope everyone who sees them next will share wonderful experiences too.

Here's a picture of the rainbow

I guess their album was appropriately titled.

^^ Indeed... At one point Thom apologized for the rain... saying " it follows us everywhere " ...but it actually ended up stopping during the show...during or right after videotape.

Nude is my new favourite Radiohead song... i also found a live/older version which called it Big Ideas (Don't get any) and i can't stop replaying it over and over!!

^ how was it for you, cutx? do tell some more!
so nice to read reviews, loved yours mary-anne .. it's good to know they're still generating such an emotional response in their gigs.. I'm seeing them in less than two weeks and.. maybe it's been long enough since I bought the tickets or maybe it's because I don't play them as much as I used to but I'm not so excited anymore, I actually didnt feel like going and just like handing the tickets to whoever wanted them but reading the reviews just makes me believe it'll be a huge mistake if I do that.. I remember seeing them in 2003 and 2004.. the 2003 show in particular was sooo intense.. I was unable to wipe off the silly smile on my face for like 3 days and cutx, I did cry , not sob or anything! but lucky and talk show host were just pure delirium.. beyond dreamy for me ..

No, don't sell your tickets! The show will be so amazing, I promise

It was a incredibly surreal experience, seeing Radiohead live. The show I went to was completely sold out with 25,000+ people in the audience, yet the vibe felt so intimate and relaxed... everyone just kinda got lost in the sound together It was like we were in a Radiohead trance The light show is stunning and really enhanced the quality of the show for me... like when they played the gloaming and sang the line about raining, the made the lights look like raindrops. And then they played nude, it looked like stars were falling... The band played so perfectly and hearing Thom's voice live is just killer When they played Karma Police, I almost cried.

If you do go, get a t-shirt. They're eco-friendly, made of organic cotton and strangely, plastic (i had no idea you could make a shirt out of that!), but they're sooooo soft and have lyrics from the new album written on them. I got the one with lyrics from house of cards: no matter where it ends, no matter where it starts.....

I saw them at Outside Lands yesterday. They were so so amazing

The plug came out twice, but Thom was really good about it.

I saw them about 2 years ago at a show in San Diego, it was at a very small venue and i'm guessing there were between 1-2 thousand people i guess, but it was a beautiful show, I was right on the edge, squished by the masses of people, holding on to the gate thing for dear life. I was so close I could see Jonny's sweat dripping from his forehead. This coming monday i'll be seeing them at the Hollywood Bowl and then again in San Diego on wednesday. I'll let you guys know all the details!! (I am so so excited!!)

By the way, for those of you that have already seen them on their new tour, do they play many old songs? If so, which ones?
