Sonic Youth will remain one of the most influential bands in my life..they showed what real music was..and they still do.

the new album is coming out, can't remember when, but I cannot wait for it to leak!. I read (can't remember where either

) that it's going to be some sort of continuation of Sonic Nurse.. I'll be very happy if it's true..

I'm seeing them in June. I am so excited! I love Sonic Youth on record, but I have a feeling that they're one of those bands that are 10x better live!

SY is amazing live. I have been to three of their shows, and they blew me away each time. They just have so much energy... watching Kim dance/freak out is a sight to see.

Have fun at the show. You won't want it to end.

Did anyone get The Eternal?, I've been listening to it for a couple days, it's definitely not my favorite SY album but I think it's quite unique.. relaxing even. So many great releases this year so far.
