Um, Hootie and the Blowfish. They're from here so my whole city goes crazy when they come to town (even though they already live here, I've seen Darius Rucker at the Piggy Wiggly at least five times) so I've been to a couple of concerts. Yeah, I know they went out of style 10 years ago but all we have are Mena Suvari and Hootie dammit.

Anyway since getting my licence and u2 realeasing a new CD I'm DEFFINETLY driving to the nearest city where they preform when they do it. Eee! I'm excited!

Just seriously realized this: I have never, ever been to a typical type of concert... I've been to the orchestra and the opera and to performances with a bunch of young people playing "deep" music. Oh, and Sharon, Louis and Bram when I was maybe seven. That's it though, I should probably make an effort to attend one.

Oh Purple! I remember Sharon, Lois, and Bram too- skinny me-rinky rinky dink!

I used to interview bands for the paper so I'd go to more shows. I saw Moving Units last week, Brian Jonestown Massacre for Halloween, The Warlocks on Wednesday...we should go to a show together one of these days.

Janet Jackson.

I have never heard a disappointing thing about her concerts, I hear she really gives you her money's worth. I've always wanted to go but I'm such a cheapo...her album didn't do well this year so I dunno if she will have a world tour this year
I guess there's always the DVDs.....

Tool is the best damn band to see live in the world! Awesome stage show, you could be in an arena and feel like you're next to them.

I am absolutely DYING to go to a concert. I had my first taste this summer and I adored it. I'm so BORED in my town...there are never any concerts close by and there really isn't that much to do.

My first concert was Incubus (awesome), and then I went to this random free one in Rhode Island with Finger Eleven and somebody else...because hey, it was free and we were there. Finger Eleven is not particularly good...at all...but it was fun anyway.

I'm looking out for any concerts in the Northeast that seem like fun...in NY or NYC, preferably. I mean pretty much anything... I really really just need to get out.

Someone mentioned Badly Drawn Boy...they'll be in NYC next weekend. Are they any good? What kind of music do they play? I'm desperate. There's a Reel Big Fish concert in NY state next weekend as well...that might be fun.

There are so many bands that I would love to see in concert that listing them would be pointless. fr right now, I'll take anything that comes by.
