I had a feeling that they were vulgar. Just by seeing the Je veux te voir music video. But what are they like, can somebody translate a little?
But I'm not crazy about how she dresses. Maybe I'm spending too much time watching Lanvin and Balenciaga shows.
But I still like the music, some of my favorite songs are Les Femmes, Dans Ta Vraie Vie, Mon Meilleur Ami, A Cause Des Garçons, and Je veux te voir. Her music is always amazing and I love the endings to Je veux te voir and Mon Meilleur Ami.

have you guys heard that cover she did of robyn's 'who's that girl'? i was listening and comparing both and frankly the cover by yelle sounds 10 times better,in fact. at least for my ears. of course, not a big robyn fan here. in french it's callled qui est cette fille/who's that girl? and is sung in french. robyn also did a cover of yelle's a cause des garçons translated in english but nothing compared with the original.

^thanks for the link, I had no idea they were that vulgar.

That puts the concert I attended with her last summer in a whole new perspective. Everybody was jumping and dancing like crazy and I don't think most knew what the songs were about, me included.
But it was fun, probably one of the best concerts I've been to.
