Didnt you see Karl's photographs of Courtney in Harper's Bazaar after the fake couture piece? They became friends. And Karl began sending CL tons of free Chanel RTW among other gifts.
He referred to Courtney as "Perfect for what Chanel was in the beginning. The young Chanel was a rebel."

Although I still think this probably wont happen, the idea of Karl having Frances in mind as a muse for a campaign isnt so far-fetched after he got to know both of them and developed a fascination with Miss Love.
