^ I dunno, I think Monster was a fluke. In her entire career she has had maybe 3 roles that were critically praised... and her big chance at commercial success bombed (Catwoman).

Her PR team did everything they could to pain Gabriel in a negative light? Far as I can tell, majority of what she claimed (Gabriel being a racist, neglectful father and a cheater) turned out to be plain ol' mudslinging. I honestly think her past relationships before Gabriel gave her a victim complex and she can't constantly feels like she's being attacked or slighted in some way.

The dependency court case against Gabriel Aubry has been dropped ... sources connected with the matter tell TMZ.

As TMZ first reported, Gabriel was in court today as the judge wanted to discuss various conditions for his visitation rights with 3-year-old Nahla. Parents are sent to dependency court when there are concerns over the well-being of their children.

Gabriel was hauled into court after the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services expressed concerns about the child's safety in the presence of Gabriel.

We're told additional conditions were imposed on Gabriel's visitation, and the matter has now been dropped and sent back to family court, where Halle Berry and Gabriel continue to fight over custody.

Gabriel Aubry is asking the judge in his custody war with Halle Berry for a half a million bucks in attorney's fees, and $20,000 a month in child support, TMZ has learned.

Gabriel was in court this morning, expecting to argue his case for the huge increase in child support, but the case was continued because the paperwork wasn't filled out properly. Gabriel was extremely upset the matter was put off.

Sources tell us ... Gabriel believes he's entitled to the money because he needs a proper environment to care for 4-year-old Nahla.

As we first reported, Halle wants to move with the child to Paris, which would have a direct impact on Gabriel's request for additional support.

not to sound racist or anything but for a black actress she has had a more than stellar career. No black actress has even come close to achieving what she has. This comment sounds like she is a failed actress or maybe I just misinterpreted it

If Billy Bob Thornton can cat around and still be a critically acclaimed actor, I don't see why Halle Berry should not. This just seems like a double standard.

IMHO, her current lack of career has more to do with her poor choices (see: Catwoman) than her personal life.

I to this day don't thing she deserved that Oscar for that movie. Her performance was far better in New Jack City and Losing Isaiah.

20.000$ !?! For what!?! The sum would be ok if Nahla lived with him and he had to pay school fees, nannys etc. but from what I understand he doesn`t even visit her every weekend...

...I can understand that Halle is hysteric on a man who makes such unreasonable demands...
