do you think any scouts are nice? your to fat, tall, short.... they do not sugar coat things. They know what they are looking for. Plus that homeless girls nose was repulsive for the modeling world. Without the nose she had lots of potential.
I agreed with her assessment. That blonde and African girls were fat. Teresa's nose was also too bulbous.

what happened to disney boy? I thought he was a no brainer to keep, he would have made them lots of money doing commercial ads in LA.

you know, i think janice is accurant in all of her assesements of the girls. I don't mind her brutal honesty, however, the one thing that gets to me is Janice was basically the Anti-model when she blew up. Everyone else was blonde and wholesome and blue eyed, but she was tall, dark and ethnic. She really prides herself on being the antithesis of what was ideal back then and breaking that mold and then giving the finger to all those agencies who rejected her.
So after all that why is she so eager NOW to conform and cater to the industry's ideas of beauty?

so true! i guess it is a one in a million chance of that happening to a girl. her, kate moss, and naomi campbell really were quite lucky. She did take a wonderful chance with Nyabel! I give her credit for that. I would love brutal honesty if it got me where I needed to be. That is the only way to truly learn. Whether it is what we want. :-)

I really like her show and find her just as entertaining as ever. I think she truly cares about the models and just wants them to succeed and will support them as long as they show her respect and work hard. Sure she might be a bit witchy at times and her face would melt if she stood next to a fire, but....she makes for some good tv!

i thought most of the models she picked so far were nothing special.
in fact, the homeless girl who needed a nose job was probably the best.
