Jil Sander threatened by stalker

Since several months Jil Sander and her girlfriend Dickie Mommsen has been threatened by a stalker. Today - in Hamburg - begins the process against the 33 years old Sandra D.

A leading fashion designer Jil Sander, a favorite of Gernam Chancellor Angela Merkel, has complained of stalking by a lady.

Prosecutor told judge to enforce a warning order that would prohibit the lady from coming anywhere near Sander or her associate, Dickie Mommsen.

Lady in question known only as Sandra D, appeared at the court in Hamburg on Thursday was handed over a six-month suspended jail term.

Sandra D had endangered lives of Sander and Mommsen and threatened them unless the two women broke their association, the Prosecutor said.

Next trial is scheduled in the coming week and is expected that the judge will issue a psychiatric examination.

Sander likes to stay away from public eye to stays with her partner in the Hamburg suburb.

She wears traditional, stylish and luxurious costumes and cashmere is her favored fabric.

Her admirers articulate that she changed Merkel and other feminine influential in Europe, both ways, in terms of political affairs and business.

Yeah, it's true... This really sux because after something like this happening, it's more unlikely that Jil will want to return designing her own label again. It hasn't recieved very much media or press attention in the US Fashion world. I wonder how people would have responded if it was a different designer being threatend-- like say Karl Lagerfeld or Miuccia Prada?

But it's easy to see how some weirdo could get obsessed over a fashion designer, especially someone like Jil....

Her collections are very alluring, sensual and almost seductive in a subtle type of way. The fabrics are so soft and luxurious, materials always smell crisp and new even after you've had them for over a year... Add this with some psycho obsessed lezbo stalker and u get death threats via gasoline and matches?

Good thing she is safe now... Dam, Jil has been having some rough times lately... First leaving and coming back, then leaving, and now this? I hope whatever future news we hear from Jil Sander will be nicer than this.
