TMZ has obtained the 911 call made by Lindsay Lohan during the nuclear argument she had with Betty Ford staffer Dawn Holland -- an argument Holland says turned violent.

It all went down on December 12, when the staffer -- Dawn Holland -- claims she busted Lindsay and two other girls jumping a wall at Betty Ford at around 1 AM. -- after curfew. During the 911 call, Lindsay and Dawn were both on the line on separate phones. Lindsay says, "She's freaking me out!"

When Dawn tried to make Lindsay take a breathalyzer, she says "Lindsay Lohan pushed me and hit me with the phone." Dawn claims she knows the other two girls Lindsay was with were drunk, "reeking of alcohol."

During the call, Dawn claims she grabbed the phone to talk to the dispatcher ... but Lindsay ripped the phone from her hand ... spraining Dawn's wrist in the process.

As we first reported, the Riverside County District Attorney declined to prosecute Lindsay over the incident.

Lindsay can be heard offering Dawn money, and Dawn replies "No, what I want is to be treated the way I am treating you [with respect]"

The first thing Lielo says to the cop is "I'm sorry I'm really uncomfortable with the woman in our house I've never seen her before and she's freaking me out!"

TMZ was first to publish the 911 call Lindsay made on December 12. On the recording, Lindsay and Dawn are heard having a heated argument ... and Dawn claims Lindsay hit her with the phone.

Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she feels the 911 call vindicates her because it makes Dawn seem "rude," "aggressive" and "inappropriate."

We're also told she thinks it proves Dawn was only after money from the start. Very early in the call Dawn says, "Get ready to be sued."

Ultimately, Lindsay does win -- earlier this week the Riverside County District Attorney's Office announced it would not file charges against Lindsay over the incident.

Investigators already determined Lindsay was the aggressor; we can hear Lindsay attack Dawn in the clip and call her "a ****ing ****" (c word...). A lot like that time she showed Judge Revel the FU nail and was heard calling the judge a ****ing bitch.

When is she next due in court for a real hearing? I love those. Remember the barely literate Right On program woman?

The movie's called "Eyes of a Dreamer" and is being produced by Brad Wyman ... one of the guys who did "Monster" with Charlize Theron.

The part of Charles Manson will be played by celeb photographer Tyler Shields -- whose work you might recognize -- and get this ... Tyler's directing the whole shebang.

So far, no word on whether Lindsay will accept.

^ No, it really isn't. The guy directing and acting in the lead role has never acted in a movie, or directed a movie. He did produce this photograph though. I think it, like, won Oscars and stuff!

If this guy does not have experience, he definitely has tons of money (in cash) to finance the project; Lindsay's standing within the entertainment industry means everything to her and her family; she would never get involved with a project that wasn't well financed...and stuff...

^ It is a big 'IF', I am afraid...Sharon was very fit, healthy, sweet and extraordinarily beautiful... I think it would take some major lifestyle changes for Lindsay to convincingly play the part of Sharon...
